This time we are meeting an exceptionally bright and ambitious young woman whose achievement-filled ventures won our support a long time ago. In the following blog post, dancer, choreographer, and BonBon Lingerie 2020/2021 autumn-winter collection model Alisa Tsitseronova shares her journey and the tips that lead to self-confidence.

 

Alisa, a beauty from Tallinn, is not only known in Estonia, but has made waves all over the world with her stunning dance skills. In 2016, Alisa participated in the popular US dance show "World of Dance" with her fellow dancer and partner Joseph Tsosh. Today, more than 136,000 people follow the Estonian's activities on social media. Such a large following naturally comes with a huge responsibility, but on the other hand, it is also a great opportunity to be a source of inspiration that changes thousands of lives. And it is precisely this opportunity—to create positive change and guide people toward creativity—that Alisa has grasped with both hands!

"I really love art and I also see modeling as a powerful art form and an opportunity to express myself creatively. But to do that, it is important to learn to love your body and be able to see it as your most loyal friend and helper. Alisa emphasizes that being in contact with oneself is also crucial in work life. "When making career choices, you must always listen to your heart!" she stresses. "For me, modeling is not so much a job as it is a creative process. You shouldn't do something just because it's labeled as cool; you always have to listen to yourself. That is how we can live happier and stress-free lives, moving through life more beautifully and youthfully." As a bonus, Alisa adds that by doing work you love, you inevitably meet people who share your passion and thereby help you get closer to achieving your goals. But even when following your passion, difficulties arise at times, and Alisa has also learned to successfully overcome them. "Sometimes my working days are very long and tiring, and I am forced to work in truly difficult conditions. Then it is very important to remind myself that difficulties make us stronger and offer an opportunity to learn from our mistakes and move toward our vision even more determinedly."

 

But how has this young woman reached such determination and self-worth? Alisa says that everything starts with small steps and tiny everyday decisions. "The foundation of success and the right life choices is definitely self-love and the ability to take care of yourself," she says. "But positive change does not happen overnight. You have to be gentle with yourself and learn to listen to yourself a little more with each new day, one small step at a time."
