Throughout the month of July, we received inspiring photos of summer goddesses from all over Estonia, wearing BonBon Lingerie and standing up for the beauty and rights of womanhood. We are extremely grateful to all the participants and sincerely hope that the Summer Goddess challenge gave you the courage to continue feeling confident and powerful in your own body, in your lingerie, and in any attire whatsoever! By today, we have selected our 11 favorites from all the photos, and based on the interviews conducted with them, we await the help of all readers in choosing the one and only BonBon Summer Goddess, to whom we will gift 500€ worth of lingerie of her choice.
You can vote for your favorite on our Facebook page, by reacting to the chosen photo with either a like or a heart. Sunday, 15.08, is the last chance to vote, after which the winning photo with the most reactions and our Summer Goddess of this summer will be revealed. In addition, one lingerie set of choice will be raffled off among everyone who voted! To make choosing your favorite easier, it is time to meet our eleven finalists and their inspiring thoughts on the topics of femininity, self-confidence, and courage.

What does self-confidence mean to you?
"To me, self-confidence definitely means feeling good in your own body. Being happy with yourself and feeling comfortable. Apparently, every woman has something she isn’t satisfied with regarding her appearance, and that is completely normal. There are things you have to accept, and there are things you can change. If a few extra kilos start robbing you of your self-confidence, it is perfectly okay to do something about it. You must accept yourself as you are, but this shouldn't be used as an excuse – like, 'oh, I won't even start working out, I guess I'm just made this way.' A confident woman knows what she is worth, does not compromise on it, and always strives to be the best version of herself."
What is the most important/beautiful part about being a woman for you?
"Previously, I might have said something else, but today, I am convinced that for me, it is motherhood."
What does lingerie mean to you? What is the role of lingerie in your life?
"Lingerie has played a very big role in my life professionally, as I have been a lingerie model quite a bit. At the same time, lingerie also has an important place in my private life; I like both sexy lace lingerie (who doesn't?) and casual sporty cotton lingerie. Everything depends on the situation and how I feel. The classic black lace lingerie is probably my favorite."
If you could change something for the better in the world, what would it be?
"I would wish for every child to have a wonderful, safe, and joy-filled childhood. Everything that happens in our lives starts from childhood. That way, there would likely be less evil on our planet and the resulting tragedies."

"For me, self-confidence is the courage to be exactly as I want to be, despite the opinions of other people or society. The courage to make your dreams come true and live in your own truth. The courage to be different and the courage to consider yourself special."

"Beauty. To be beautiful and to add more beauty to this world. The opportunity to admire men and be admired by them."

"I wish that all people would remember their true essence and why they have come here. That way, everyone could peacefully walk their own path and live in their truth without opposition and conflicts. Less fighting and more understanding and acceptance."

What does self-confidence mean to you?
"I only started to understand the meaning of the word self-confidence a couple of years ago, after 8 years of long and hard work. Self-confidence has taught me to value myself more and to be as I am, both in body and in spirit. I now admire and love my body very much, which I previously hated and criticized. And most of all, I have started to admire my small breasts. Thanks to self-confidence, I have purged push-up bras from my lingerie collection and replaced them with regular bras. If I was created with few curves, why hide that little that I have? Now I walk around with my back straight, eyes lifted from the ground, more confident, and I don't fear people's stares. And every day I tell myself how beautiful I am today. Hard work is starting to bear fruit."

"I think it’s when a woman feels good exactly as she was created. When her radiance can be seen from miles away and her shouts of joy can be heard from afar."
What does lingerie mean to you? What is the role of lingerie in your life?
"Previously, I didn't know how to appreciate beautiful lingerie. I wore what was available and what was affordable. I didn't care what I had under my clothes, as long as something covered my intimate areas. But now, having risen from the ashes like a phoenix, I value and decorate my body with beautiful and sexy lingerie. If I know I am wearing beautiful lingerie, I feel like a desirable woman even in oily overalls, and most importantly, it keeps me radiant and happy."
If you could change something for the better in the world, what would it be?
"That the evil and anger, which cause much damage both in people and in the world, would disappear."
Your inspiring message/recommendation to Estonian women:
"Women, let’s value and appreciate ourselves more. If you have fallen, it’s okay, we rise again, wipe our knees and the tears from our eyes, and move forward more confidently. NB! I always repeat this sentence when I am about to fall again."

"For me, it means a lot. Self-confidence is the most beautiful accessory a woman can wear. I think that self-confidence is not something you are born with, but it comes with time. When you are confident, you shine differently and you exude energy that others also feel. If you are confident, I believe you can move mountains."

"The most important part is to be feminine, both in appearance and in one's actions."

"Lingerie plays a big role in my life, in connection with my work and daily activities. I have been a boudoir model for years and frequently attend various photo sessions, where choosing the right lingerie is very important. My morning choice of lingerie determines my mood for the day and gives me self-confidence and ensures a good mood for the whole day."
If you could change something for the better in the world, what would it be?
"I would change people's mindset, so that people would start thinking not only about themselves but also about the environment around them. Consequently, the world would change significantly, and environmental catastrophes, hunger, poverty, etc., would disappear."

"Believe in yourself and everything is possible. Always remain yourself and listen to your inner voice! Do not compare yourself with anyone, because it is precisely individuality that distinguishes us. Beauty begins the moment you decide to be yourself."

"Self-confidence is satisfaction with the current moment and oneself. This does not mean that for self-confidence, there should be a lack of goals and objectives to move towards, but in my eyes, awareness of the current situation, embracing it, and seeing beauty in being yourself is essential. We tend to get trapped feeling that we are confident if certain criteria are met, while the list of criteria constantly expands, and we never reach self-confidence and self-love. Self-confidence is also expressed in trust in oneself and in life - knowing that you are cared for and everything is and will be exactly as it should. When a confident person is nearby, it is nearly impossible not to sense it, because they radiate, shine, and inspire, and there is nothing more beautiful than that. Self-confidence is an energy stemming from inner trust that exists in all of us."

"The wonder of being a woman lies in the way we experience life - deeply and completely, with all its highs and lows. "Celebrating the beauty of being yourself through adorning yourself is a big part of femininity for me. Dressing yourself in beautiful lingerie is one of the best ways to do this. I generally wear a matching lingerie set every day, not for anyone else, but for myself. So what if these are items of clothing that no one else may see - that doesn't make the lingerie any less important. Knowing that you are wearing beautiful undergarments under your dress always adds charm, mystery, zing, and inner confidence to the day. In addition to a beautiful appearance, lingerie must also be high-quality, as my body deserves only the best care. "I, like all of us, can indeed change the world for the better. It is not in our power to control the thoughts and behavior of others, but we have the opportunity to regulate our own, and it is through this that we can each make our own contribution to changing the world. Personally, I would like to see meaningful discussions open to change, instead of communication aimed at opposition and disagreement (which our society is currently flooded with). We tend to disparage everything and everyone who is even a gram different from us, instead of taking a moment and trying to understand them. You might not always reach an understanding even then, and that is completely natural, but I do not see how taking such polarizing positions and expressing one's opinion ever more loudly instead of having a meaningful discussion would move us forward. We could learn to see differences as something that enriches."

"Let’s cherish, love, and trust ourselves and the flow of life. Let’s know our worth, dare to be in connection with ourselves, be honest with ourselves, and make decisions and choices based on that. When the situation requires it, let’s dare to stand up for ourselves (this is something I have been paying a lot of attention to learning lately). And let’s remember that every day is worth celebrating."

,,Oh, just being a woman is POWERFUL. There is so much magic and power within us; if we want, we are ready for anything. As you can see, our wonderful women also brought home Olympic gold. I have also been very moved by Katrin Saali Saul's book "The Art of Being a Woman" ("Naiseks olemise kunst"), because I consider our archetypes important in being a woman. It is very powerful to observe yourself from the side and see how different archetypes play their role in life. It is important to understand these 4 sources of power within yourself to reach your own perfection.’’
