Placing your order
How can I place an order on your website?

To place an order, simply browse our collection, select the items you wish to purchase, choose the desired size and color, and add them to your shopping cart. Proceed to the checkout page to enter your shipping and payment information. You can choose the location of the parcel machine after making the payment.

How can I choose the parcel machine location?
You can choose the parcel machine location after making your payment on the “Overview” page. In order to enter the payment view, you must first fill in your contact information, choose a suitable courier service provider and make the payment. Make sure that you don’t close the page immediately after making the payment. Only after the payment has been received, it is possible to select the desired parcel machine location at the confirmation page. If you still manage to close the page before you could choose the parcel machine location, you can change the location from your order confirmation e-mail. Open the e-mail, click on “View order” and then choose the desired parcel machine location from the link. Alternatively, you can find the “Track your order” link on your delivery confirmation e-mail and then click on “Change shipping address”.
Is it possible to make changes to the order I just placed?

It depends on what you would like to change and in which status your order is at. If we haven’t packed it yet and given it to our couriers then we can make changes. You can inform us by contacting us via e-mail or by calling us to our customer service phone +372 56 855 585 (M-F 09.00-17.00).


On the contrary, when we have already fulfilled the order, then sadly it is not possible to make any changes. When the order isn't fulfilled yet, it is possible to change the address, phone number etc. To change the size or the products that are included in your order, we must cancel your order and ask you to place a new order to the sizes and products you want instead.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

We can cancel your order when it is not fulfilled yet, meaning that the order isn’t packed and handed over to the courier. Once it is fulfilled the order cannot be canceled and you have to make a return.

When you wish to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible by writing to us at or by calling us to our customer service phone +372 56 855 585 (M-F 09.00-17.00). If your order cannot be canceled in time - don’t worry, returns are forever free with us!
Is it possible to change my shipping address?

Yes, it is possible to change your shipping address when your order hasn't been shipped and the shipping label printed yet. If your order is already shipped and the shipping label is printed, then it is not possible to change your shipping address. 

You can change your shipping address by yourself. Look up your order confirmation email, click “Track your order here” and then “Change shipping address”. If an error occurred, feel free to contact us at e-mail or call us on number +372 56 855 585 (M-F 09.00-17.00) and we will change it for you.
