Mõõtmisjuhend
Oma rinnahoidja suuruse välja selgitamiseks mõõtke palun esmalt oma rinnaalune ümbermõõt. Vastavalt saadud tulemusele leiate tabelist skaalal 70-95 endale sobiva rinnahoidja ümbermõõdu suuruse.
Järgnevalt mõõtke palun oma rinnapealne ümbermõõt ning vastavalt saadud tulemusele leiate tabelist skaalal A-F endale sobiva rinnahoidja korvi suuruse. Selle jaoks jälgige oma rinnahoidja ümbermõõdule vastavat veergu.
Hoolduse juhend
Bonbon Lingerie pesu on valmistatud suurima hoolega just Sulle sobivaks. Et pesu ei kaotaks ilusat välimust ja vormi, leia aega käsipesuks. Ka Sinu peenemast pitsist aluspüksid rõõmustaksid sellise kohtlemise üle. Kui otsustad siiski pesta masinas, kasuta kindlasti pesukotti ja õrnpesuprogrammi. Pesumasin lõhub rinnahoidja metallkarkassi otsa, mille tagajärjel lõhub karkass pesu ning võru hakkab tunnelist välja turritama. Pole ka võimatu, et karkass kaob pesumasina trumli vahele. Siis vajab lisaks rinnahoidjale remonti ka pesumasin. Samuti kaotab lumivalge pesu masinas pestes oma sära ning muutub hallikaks.
Pestes hoia vee temperatuur alla 30 kraadi. Kõrgemad temperatuurid võivad teatud materjalide niite lõhkuda ja tekitada liigset venimist. Hoidu pesupehmendaja, loputuskahendi ja valgendaja kasutamisest ning vali õrnale pesule loodud pesuvahend. Peale pesemist aseta pesu kuivama õhu kätte. SHIPPING
BonBon Lingerie now ships to almost every country in the world. Where possible, customs duties and taxes are calculated into the final price of the shopping cart, and there are no additional costs for the customer upon receipt of the package. Orders for countries outside the EU, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are shipped on DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. This means that the buyer must cover any additional charges, including customs duties, import customs clearance, and all taxes. We offer three different shipping methods depending on the country:- Domestic shipping in Estonia via parcel terminal or courier
- International shipping via parcel terminal or pickup point
- International shipping via courier
DELIVERY TIME

DELAYS
To avoid delays, please ensure the delivery address added to the order is correct. We always recommend double-checking that the correct postal code, apartment number, and other necessary information are included so that the shipment reaches you on time without obstacles. Providing a phone number is important so that the postal service provider can contact you if necessary. More than 95% of our international shipments arrive in less than 2 weeks, but it is worth noting that delivery under normal conditions can take up to 4 weeks.RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We have done our best to make the return/exchange process as simple and fast as possible for you. Depending on the selected shipping method, the return process for goods is also slightly different.If you have purchased items from the ‘’3=2’’ promotion and wish to return one or more products from the offer, the discount will be void, and you will pay the full price for the remaining products. The full price valid at the time of purchase for the free item is deducted from the return amount.
You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract if the items have not been used or damaged (items may be tried on for familiarization purposes and to check their suitability). Please try on panties over your own underwear to avoid soiling the product. Goods must be returned with all original tags. Gift cards cannot be returned.
To return an order received from a SmartPOST, Omniva, or DPD parcel terminal, please insert the package into the parcel terminal within 14 days (starting from the receipt of the notice of arrival of the goods to the parcel terminal) using the same door code (blue SmartPOST, DPD, and Omniva) based on which you received the package, or with the return code indicated in the message sent regarding the arrival of the goods to the parcel terminal.

TAGASIMAKSED
Tagasimakseid töödeldakse 14 tööpäeva jooksul alates tagastuspaki lattu jõudmisest Sinu algsele makseviisile. Kui tellimuse eest tasumisel kasutati e-poe kinkekaarti, laekub raha esmalt sinna ning kaart muutub sama koodi alusel uuesti kasutatavaks. Palume võtta arvesse, et kinkekaardi kehtivusaeg toodete tagastamisel ei pikene. Juhul kui kinkekaardi kehtivusaeg on möödunud, ei ole sellele enam võimalik tagasimakseid teha, seega kinkekaardiga soetatud tagastatud toodetele tagasimakset ei sooritata. Tagastatav summa ei sisalda saatmiskulusid.
