SHIPPING

When ordering from our online store, you have two options for receiving your package: shipping via Omniva or Smartpost parcel terminal. The shipping fee for Omniva parcel terminal is 2.8 euros and the shipping fee for Smartpost parcel terminal is 3 euros. For orders within Estonia, shipping is free for purchases over 75 €.

Estimated delivery time

We ship all orders within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders are dispatched from the warehouse every working day before 12:00 PM. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day. The goods will be delivered within 1-3 working days.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We have done our best to make returns as easy and fast as possible for you. Depending on the delivery method you chose, the return process is slightly different.

 

We offer a 14-day return policy from the receipt of the order. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract if the goods are unused (you may try on and examine the goods to verify their suitability) and undamaged. In addition, the original label must still be attached to the product. Returning is completely free for you.

Products can be exchanged for a different size of the same item or another product of equal value. If you wish to replace it with a different product of a different price, the unsuitable product should be returned and a new order placed.

Refunds

We will refund the money for the returned products as soon as possible, but no later than 14 working days after receiving the goods. The delivery cost paid for receiving the goods is non-refundable.
