Thinking about her own music career, Helen admits that she has often had to "take the bull by the horns" to achieve success. “Having been away from music for years, yet still dreaming of a comeback, I found myself at one point asking how much longer I would put off fulfilling my dreams. If not now, then when? So I decided that I would start reorganizing my life in the desired direction. I joined the WAF singing school, which offered and still offers a lot of support and instills self-confidence. In singing, the same rules apply as in any other job – consistency is the only way to polish skills, and singing lullabies to children unfortunately won't bring results. Next, I took charge and found a producer who liked my lyrics and song idea. Participating in the Eesti Laul competition was good deadline-based motivation that spurred me to actually get things done.’’

As a mother of three and a successful fitness sports enthusiast, Helen knows from her own experience how important it is to take care of your body and how self-confidence stemming from self-satisfaction is the key to success. “All women are different, and it is important to find the right way to boost your own self-confidence. During the BonBon Lingerie spring-summer campaign shoot, when dozens of people were bustling around me, I still felt extremely bold and powerful posing in just lingerie. In my daily life, I am more of a fan of classic black lingerie, but bringing in spring colors helps me keep my mood fresh and playful.’’

In addition to adorning her body with beautiful lingerie, Helen continues to consider a healthy lifestyle and movement very important. “Currently, I no longer do bikini fitness at the competitive sports level, but the basics of a healthy lifestyle are still the foundation of my daily well-being and self-confidence. For me, bikini fitness was never just a project oriented toward weight loss or a one-time achievement, but a long-term lifestyle change. Today, I have also supplemented my knowledge of the nature and needs of the human body with credentials as a nutrition advisor.’’

Helen considers the people around her, other cool women, and productive collaborations to be her greatest inspiration and motivation. “For me, communicating with people and venting all kinds of thoughts and feelings with girlfriends is crucial. Many good things in my life have started thanks to inspiring people who have come together for a common goal. For example, Egle Eller-Nabi's women's fitness group or the WAF singing school. It's always easier to do things when you know you're not alone in them. I believe that to boost your own femininity, it's also a good idea to surround yourself more with other women and try new things together. For example, meditate together, have a tea party, or take on a powerful heels dance class.’’
