You can track your order using our BonBon Lingerie tracking portal which will be forwarded to you by e-mail after a successful purchase.
Order statuses may include "Processing," "Shipped," or "Delivered." "Processing" indicates that your order is being prepared for shipment, "Shipped" means it has left our warehouse, and "Delivered" means the order has been received at the specified delivery address.
All orders will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after placing the order, excl. holidays and weekends. Transit time includes only weekdays. Orders must be made before 11:00 a.m. Eastern European time to qualify for next day a.m. shipping (within Estonia).
The delivery time also depends on where you are located at. When you are located in Estonia, then your order arrives to you within 1-3 work days. When you are located outside of Estonia, then the delivery time depends on the destination country. Please be sure to take into account when placing the order that the delivery time doesn’t include the processing time. We accept returns that have been issued within 14 days of the receipt of your order. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase agreement if the items have not been used or damaged (the items can be used for the purpose of familiarisation and their suitability tested). The items also must be returned with all original tags attached. BonBon Lingerie offers a FREE RETURN service for all shipping destinations in European Union.
Currently we do not offer size exchanges on the same product or for another product of equivalent price. If you wish to exchange your product, please return the unsuitable product and place a new order on our website. You will be issued a refund as soon as the return will be processed in our warehouse.
2.Package the product in a way that it can not be damaged during the transport. We recommend returning products in their original transport packaging.
3.Return the package according to the instructions of the return portal.
If the product has tags cut off, then unfortunately you can not return it. You can try on our products for the purpose of familiarisation and their suitability tested. When trying on panties we ask you to try them on on your personal underwear to prevent soiling. All items must be returned with all original tags attached. Adhering to hygiene rules is extremely important to ensure fair treatment for all our BonBon Lingerie lovely fans.
When you made a return at our return portal, you will receive an email with a return label or it is possible to print it right after you have made the return frome our return portal. Also you can print return labels from DPD and Omniva parcel machines.
Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt onto the original method of payment. If our E-Gift Card was used on an order, it will be refunded first and can be re-used with the same code. Please note that the validity period of the e-gift card is not extended when returning the products.

If you are not sure which size you should choose, we have made you a page about finding the right size, which also explains how to measure yourself. In the manual you will find instructions for taking measurements from yourself and also alternative sizes in case your desired size is out of stock.
The cup size and the chest circumference are inversely proportional. If, for example, 70B is small for you from the chest circumference, then we recommend taking 75A, if the cup size is also small, then 75B or 75C, depending on how small the cup is.
If your desired size is out of stock at the moment, then it is possible to add yourself on the desired product page to a list “Notify me, when the size is back in stock”. We will send you an email, when someone returns your desired size or when we produce more of it.

However if you don’t want to wait until your desired size is back in stock, then you can also try alternative sizes. To do this, when choosing a smaller cup size, you need to take one number larger circumference size and vice versa. For example, if 75B is out of stock, you can try 70C or 80A.
BonBon Lingerie is one of the few Estonian companies whose product development and production takes place entirely in Estonia. Our production on is located in Tallinn, Kopli 35b.
In order for your beloved lingerie to remain as good as new for many year, you need to take care of it properly. You should handwash your lingerie at 30 degrees. However, if you decide to machine wash, be sure to use a laundry bag and gentle wash program. The washing machine breaks the metal frame of the bra, as a result of which the frame breaks the laundry and the ring starts to ruffle out of the tunnel.When washing, keep the water temperature under 30 degrees. Higher temperatures can break the threads of certain materials and cause excessive stretching. Avoid using fabric softener, rinse aid and bleach and choose a detergent designed for delicate laundry. After washing, place the laundry to dry in air. Do not iron or use the dryer, as the heat will break the elasticity of the laundry. Both gift cards from e-store and from our boutiques expire after 6 months.
Unfortunately it is not possible to use gift cards that are purchased from our boutique in our e-store and vice versa you can’t use e-store gift cards in our boutiques. The reason is - we have two separate companies for retail trade (stores) and wholesale trade (e-store). Unfortunately, we do not have a unified system so that store gift cards can be used in the e-store.
Gift cards that are purchased from our boutiques are only valid in our boutiques in Ülemiste and Viru center.
Unfortunately no. You can use only one discount code per order. If you insert multiple discount codes, then our e-store will choose this discount code that has the best discount. In exceptional circumstances it is possible to use multiple discount codes when it is combined with shipping discount or we have mentioned separately that it is possible to use multiple discount codes.
Yes usually all BonBon Lingeries discount codes are also valid in our boutiques, unless otherwise mentioned. To activate the discount code, you’ll need to add it at the payment view to the discount cell. To use discount codes at our boutiques, please mention the discount code to the customer service or show an email with your unique discount code to the customer service.
