Returns
What is your return policy?

We accept returns that have been issued within 14 days of the receipt of your order. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase agreement if the items have not been used or damaged (the items can be used for the purpose of familiarisation and their suitability tested). The items also must be returned with all original tags attached. BonBon Lingerie offers a FREE RETURN service for all shipping destinations in European Union.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Currently we do not offer size exchanges on the same product or for another product of equivalent price. If you wish to exchange your product, please return the unsuitable product and place a new order on our website. You will be issued a refund as soon as the return will be processed in our warehouse.

How can I return my products?
To return products please fill out the return sheet that came with your order. Then please pack the product in a way that it will not be damaged in any way during transport. If you received your package from the blue Itella Smartpost parcel machine, please go to the nearest Itella parcel machine and choose “return package” and enter the same doorcode which you received the package with. If you received your package from the white Itella Smartpost parcel machine, then please go to my.smartpost.ee and fill in required information for returning the package (Look for  “Return” on the left of the page). If you received your package from Omniva or DPD parcel machine, then proceed to make your return from our returns portal: https://bonbonlingerie.outvio.com/en.
How to make a return in our return portal?
1.Enter the BonBon Lingerie return portal. The link will be forwarded to you once your order has been delivered to you via e-mail. Make sure to add "#" before your order number to the "order number or courier tracking" field, for example "#1234".

2.Package the product in a way that it can not be damaged during the transport. We recommend returning products in their original transport packaging.

3.Return the package according to the instructions of the return portal.
Can I return/exchange products that I have ordered from e-store to your boutique?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange/return products to our boutique that have been bought online. If the products have been purchased from our e-store, you can return them to our e-store by sending them back to us. Currently we don’t offer exchanges for products bought online. If the products have been purchased from our boutiques, you can exchange them in any of our boutiques. Please note, that It is not possible to return products that have been bought from our boutiques.
Is it possible to return product that have tags cut off?

If the product has tags cut off, then unfortunately you can not return it. You can try on our products for the purpose of familiarisation and their suitability tested. When trying on panties we ask you to try them on on your personal underwear to prevent soiling. All items must be returned with all original tags attached. Adhering to hygiene rules is extremely important to ensure fair treatment for all our BonBon Lingerie lovely fans.

How can I print my return label?

When you made a return at our return portal, you will receive an email with a return label or it is possible to print it right after you have made the return frome our return portal. Also you can print return labels from DPD and Omniva parcel machines.

When will I receive refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt onto the original method of payment. If our E-Gift Card was used on an order, it will be refunded first and can be re-used with the same code. Please note that the validity period of the e-gift card is not extended when returning the products.

What if I haven't received my refund yet?

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team via our e-mail info@bonbonlingerie.com or by calling us +372 56 855 585, and we will investigate the issue for you.
